Which are the different delivery methods available?

We offer worldwide shipping! The domestic delivery may take 2 - 5 business days and the international delivery may take 4 - 16 business days. However, processing times may take longer due to limited quantities available. Our team is working hard to deliver your items as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking information. Our dedicated customer service team will keep in touch with you if there are any delays to your order.

 

How to place an order?

Select the product you wish to purchase and click on “add to cart” and proceed to checkout. Orders will be placed via our secure payment checkout page. The information you provide will be secure and confidential.

 

Which payment methods are accepted?

We have multiple payment options. You can pay via your credit/ debit card, Apple pay, Google pay etc. We provide most of the well known and secure payment options. We do not allow a cash-on-delivery option. You can purchase our products through online payment only.

 

Is it requires to have an account in order to shop?

No, it is not a requirement to have an account for purchasing. You can purchase the products as a guest. However, it would be better to create an account. It is free and you get early access to future products and special offers.

 

How can I cancel or return my order?

We are unable to cancel an order once it is placed. Unfortunately due to limited quantities available, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund. If you have received any damaged product, you can contact our customer portal and they will help you to return the product to the store. If your return request is valid, the refund amount will be credited to the same mode of payment you paid.
